OUR COMPANY

Founded in 2011, Phoenix Rising Investments, LLC (“PRI”) develops, leases, owns, and manages commercial properties in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. To date PRI has acquired, (re)developed or is in the process of developing 8 projects covering 900,000 square feet. PRI prides itself on being conceptually creative with a highly analytical and relationship driven approach to each project’s execution that results in exceptional returns on investment while making lasting positive imprints on the communities where each project is located.

Phoenix Rising Investments was founded in 2011 by the father and son duo of Wu Yang and Michael Hsiung. With their combined experience in real estate development, institutional finance and institutional equity investments in Los Angeles and New York City, Michael and Wu Yang saw the opportunity in Phoenix to form a company that would approach the (re)development of commercial real estate with ideas and concepts from more densely populated cities. Since then, the team has grown to include several key members and has cultivated a portfolio of over 900,000 square feet of commercial properties operated and (re)developed by PRI. The team is eager to continue on its successful path of growth while maintaining its family oriented and relationship driven culture.
